I'm going to do my hips today because I've been having a little bit of hip pain and bone
pain since my radiation treatment was done.
It's probably just because I haven't been able to do the proper stretching that I need
over the last couple of months with the scar tissue.
Life kind of gets in the way.
I'm just working to re-strengthen my abdominals.
Yesterday I did a good workout with my weights on my legs.
Today I'm just taking it easy from that and relaxing.
You can't work every day with a really intense workout because you get so sore you won't
be able to move.
We're just going to start the flow with just going forward and back.
Forward and back, forward and back.
Sit up nice and tall.
Stretch left and right.
I can feel whatever is pinched for me is on my right side today.
It can possibly be because I'm right handed and I'm always lifting my arm up.
We're just going to work to stretch it out.
We're going to lean over to the side.
I'm going to bring my legs in a little bit for a deeper stretch.
I've got the scar tissue on this side so it feels really weird when I stretch on that side.
You want to keep your hip pressed down.
If you can't bring your arm up this high you can keep it down there.
Then slowly work to open it up.
Each time you do these stretches you're going to open yourself up.
